In the preceding 12 months we have not sold personal information. We have shared the following categories for cross-context behavioural advertising through cookies and pixels: identifiers (online identifiers only); internet or network activity; and coarse geolocation.
These categories were disclosed to advertising and analytics providers. All other disclosures listed in the Privacy Policy — to payment processors, carriers, title services, verification vendors, Sellers and government agencies — are made to service providers, for the purpose of completing your transaction, or to comply with law, and are not sales or sharing.
We have not sold or shared the personal information of any consumer we know to be under 16 years of age. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for any purpose that would require a right to limit its use.

Right to delete

We may retain information where an exception applies — notably transaction, invoice, title and odometer records, consent records, and suppression list entries, which we must keep to comply with the law and to keep honouring your opt-out.
Right to correct
Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale and sharing
Direct us to stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the form below, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser — we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
Right to limit use of sensitive information
Not applicable: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Section 06How we verify a request
We match the identifiers you supply — typically email address and mobile number, plus ZIP code — against our records. For requests to know specific pieces of information we may ask for additional confirmation. We do not use verification information for any other purpose and delete it after processing.
An authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may still contact you to confirm. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days with notice to you. Opt-out requests are actioned within 15 business days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the word “appeal” and we will respond within 45 days with our reasoning.
Section 07Non-discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, impose penalties, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
One practical note: a deletion request closes your account, since we cannot run an account without the information in it. Any vehicles you have already won remain payable, and records we are required by motor vehicle law to keep are retained.
